Roasted Veggies with Burrata
6 Cooked Beets
¼ cup Simple Foods Avocado Oil
Salt to taste
16 oz of burrata cheese
2 Teaspoons Honey
1 Garlic Clove Minced
4 Teaspoons of White wine vinegar.
4 Tablespoons Simple Foods Avocado Oil.
1 Tablespoon of Rosemary
Pre -Heat the oven at 425 F.
Peel and Sliced The beets,
Peel and cut the carrots in thin slices
In a sheet pan put the beets and the carrots add the avocado oil and salt to taste.
Bake for 20min.
Remove from oven.
Place on a serving dish and add the burrata and dressing.
Mix ingredients until well combine
